How much MPEG video fits in 150 MB?
MPEG-2 is not very efficient, so files are big. Our DVD-quality test file (720×480, 4 Mbps video and 192 kbps MP2 audio) took about 31.9 MB per minute, so roughly 4.5 minutes fit in 150 MB. MPEG-1 files at video CD quality are smaller and fit about three times as long. For a longer recording, cut out the section you need with a video editor first.

The audio in an MPEG is already lossy (MP2 or AC-3), so 320 kbps is only worth it when the original soundtrack is very good.
Can I convert a DVD to MP3 here?
Only files you have already copied to your device, and only as .mpeg or .mpg. DVD discs store video in .vob files, which this page does not accept, and commercial DVDs are copy-protected. Convert recordings you made or have the right to use.
