How files are handled
Convertola does not publish or share converted files. The MP3 converter and the background remover run in the user's browser, so those files never reach our servers. Image converter results are stored under a private link and deleted after 15 minutes. Users must only convert files they own or are authorized to use, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Submitting a notice
Email hello@convertola.com with the subject "Copyright notice", or use the contact form. Include:
- your name and contact details
- the copyrighted work concerned
- the exact location of the material (URL, or download link and approximate time)
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- your physical or electronic signature
Our response
We acknowledge notices within 2 business days. If a notice is complete, we remove or disable access to the material promptly. If a converted file has already been deleted, we confirm this. Where possible, we block repeated misuse.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, email hello@convertola.com with the details and the reasons. We will review the request and reply.
Our content
The text, guides, design and logo of convertola.com belong to Convertola. Short quotations with a link to the source are permitted. Third-party names and trademarks are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.
False notices
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may result in legal liability.
